- Analysis: Conduct market, competitive, and keyword research and perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO audits.
- Strategy: Develop an initial strategic SEO plan, including KPI development and baseline setting; Collaborate across marketing team to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), including but not limited to organic rankings, users, and sessions, leads, MQLs, SQLs.
- Ongoing Strategy Execution and Adaptation: Continuously analyze new data and monitor competitor movements. Implement necessary changes to meet KPIs, including, keyword research and collaboration with internal content strategy team, optimization of existing page content and metadata, enhancement of internal linking and page tiering, technical SEO improvements (e.g., Schema Markup), Core web vitals remediation, and offsite promotion and backlink strategies.
- Reporting and Communication: Develop and deliver biweekly reports and host status call updates, including keyword and competitive ranking report, Google Analytics 4 reports for organize SEO traffic metrics, website performance report, content performance report, detailed conversion reports (e.g., content downloads, meeting requests, page advancement, etc.), custom reports in GA4, ContentSquare, SEMRush and/or Brightedge.
- Implementation and Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to make website updates and implement SEO best practices; partner with performance media team on comprehensive search practice, suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization.
- Technology Selection: Advise, lead, and complete selection and implementation of SEO software to enable comprehensive and contemporary activation of SEO plan, with support of Digital Marketing organization.
- Trend monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices and technological innovations.
- 2-5+ years of experience as Search Engine Marketing Optimization, with proven results across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
- Working knowledge of Wordpress and Google Analytics, and SEO Tools such as Ahrefs, Yoast, and/or SEMRush required.
- Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine optimization.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
- Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Great interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to gain certification in technology, if not already certified (e.g. ContentSquare).
