Coordinate domestic and international freight shipments from setup through delivery. Build accurate shipments in the TMS, confirm load coverage, monitor progress, communicate ETAs and operational events to customers, coordinate brokers and carriers, manage delays and recovery actions, and maintain import/export tracking records. Provide proactive updates, escalate risks, and send final delivery documentation, charges, and proof of delivery.

Provide first-line technical support through remote troubleshooting, issue resolution, infrastructure maintenance, network administration, equipment and software management, monitoring, access control, and ticket tracking. The role supports Windows, Linux, and macOS environments, internal networks, Office 365, remote access tools, and client infrastructure while collaborating with system administrators and assisting international customers.

Leads accounting for multi-entity logistics operations, including month-end close, US GAAP reporting, reconciliations, AP/AR, cash forecasting, credit control, internal controls, audits, and acquisition integration. Manages accounting teams, establishes procedures, monitors liquidity and customer exposure, and provides validated financial analysis to corporate finance and operating leadership.
