Generate and verify freight shipment invoices, validate rates and surcharges, process credits and rebills, resolve billing discrepancies, communicate with clients, maintain accurate shipment and billing records, support month-end activities, and recommend process improvements. The role collaborates with Sales, Operations, and Finance and requires strong attention to detail, data accuracy, communication, and deadline management in a remote work environment.

Monitor load boards, bid on spot and exception freight, and optimize automated pricing bots to improve win rate, coverage, and margin. Analyze market trends, lane rates, carrier capacity, and bid outcomes; recommend pricing rule and rate changes; maintain CRM records; and provide performance reporting and forecasting. Collaborate with carrier sales, operations, technology, and leadership teams.

Manage daily customer shipment execution, including load scheduling, tracking, documentation, and TMS updates. Serve as the primary contact for shipment-related customer communication, proactively resolving delays and service issues. Coordinate load recovery, escalate incidents, maintain accurate records, validate routing and billing information, and support reporting, claims, and account service-level agreements while collaborating with carriers and internal teams.
