Track and Trace Representative communicates daily with drivers and customers, reports issues, enters shipment updates, answers client calls, schedules appointments, monitors transportation market trends, and performs additional duties. The role is remote, requires strong English communication, organization, coordination, problem-solving, PC proficiency, and the ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.

Build and schedule 40–50 truckload shipments daily using transportation management and appointment systems. Validate shipment details, maintain load documentation, communicate with shippers, receivers, and internal teams, and resolve exceptions. Follow account-specific SOPs while identifying automation and process-improvement opportunities. Respond to emails, meet quantitative and qualitative targets, and collaborate with sales and operations teams.
