Own inbound growth and brand: manage the Webflow website, SEO, Google and LinkedIn ads, GA4 tracking, content and events end-to-end to drive qualified meetings and build brand presence.

Work onsite with customers to connect their ERP/CRM/spreadsheets/databases to ZeitMind, model business logic, build end-to-end data applications, deploy solutions to production, and feed product insights back to the engineering team.

Design and build a scalable backend platform to ingest and sync millions of rows from diverse data sources, shorten customer onboarding, route data securely, enable parallel agentic tooling, and create automated validation and correctness guardrails while keeping systems simple and reliable.

Own full sales cycle for outbound-sourced B2B customers: discovery, scoping, NDA, on-site bootcamps, negotiation, close, and expand accounts. Travel to customer sites, run operator and C-level sessions, and work closely with GTM and FDE teams as product iterates rapidly.

Build and run high-velocity outbound sales to generate and qualify leads, book and run discovery calls with C-level prospects, manage pipeline in HubSpot, iterate on scripts and cadences, and convert interest into qualified opportunities to drive ARR growth.
