Build and optimize Webflow pages, run SEO and Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns, create content and customer stories, support executive visibility, manage events, and connect marketing channels to qualified pipeline in the DACH market.

Chief of Staff partnering directly with founders to turn company vision into execution. Responsibilities include founder leverage, cross-functional project delivery, decision support, investor and board materials, hiring and onboarding, team operations, events, internal processes, and AI workflow automation. The role requires strong ownership, structured thinking, communication, comfort with ambiguity, fluent German and English, and in-person work in Munich or relocation.

Owns People Operations from recruiting and candidate experience through onboarding, payroll, benefits, HR systems, compliance, visas, and performance processes. The role builds the People function from scratch across Germany and the UK, manages team events and office operations, provides workforce metrics, and automates repetitive HR processes. It partners closely with founders in a fully onsite Munich startup environment.

Own and scale a multi-tenant backend platform supporting unpredictable agent-driven workloads. Responsibilities include optimizing Postgres query performance, I/O, replication and sharding; managing Docker-based agent sandboxes; building customer network connectivity with proxies and routing; and defining platform architecture while writing production TypeScript code.

Build and run high-velocity outbound sales to generate and qualify leads, book and run discovery calls with C-level prospects, manage pipeline in HubSpot, iterate on scripts and cadences, and convert interest into qualified opportunities to drive ARR growth.

Work onsite with customers to connect their ERP/CRM/spreadsheets/databases to ZeitMind, model business logic, build end-to-end data applications, deploy solutions to production, and feed product insights back to the engineering team.

Own full sales cycle for outbound-sourced B2B customers: discovery, scoping, NDA, on-site bootcamps, negotiation, close, and expand accounts. Travel to customer sites, run operator and C-level sessions, and work closely with GTM and FDE teams as product iterates rapidly.
