Manage the full B2B sales cycle for recruiting real estate agents, from prospecting and qualification through closing and onboarding. Build and maintain a high-potential pipeline, handle high call volumes, collaborate with Account Management and Operations, and help develop marketplace processes. The role requires French and English fluency, strong organization, entrepreneurial initiative, and comfort working in an ambitious startup.

Develop and deploy high-performance APIs, build frontend applications, collaborate with teams, and contribute to strategic decisions at Zefir.

As a Product Designer, you'll lead design processes, create user experiences, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve product outcomes.

Own and build the data platform and semantic layer: canonical models, metric definitions, self-serve analytics, event taxonomy and tracking, data access governance, cost and reliability guardrails, and making data safe for AI consumers so Finance, Growth and Ops can self-serve.
