As a Quality Engineer Lead, you will design and maintain test platforms, integrate CI/CD systems, build AI-powered testing tools, and enhance developer experience in quality delivery.

The Test Engineer will ensure product quality through manual and automated testing, collaborating with the product team. Responsibilities include designing test plans, documenting findings, maintaining regression tests, and prioritizing testing efforts based on user impact and risks.

Manage day-to-day operational delivery for a portfolio of customer sites: ensure on-time performance, SLA adherence, incident management, operator compliance, root-cause analysis, KPI dashboards, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement to stabilize and optimize service delivery.
