Lead product strategy and roadmap for data science and ML initiatives; translate business problems into ML use cases; partner with data scientists, engineers, and platform teams to deliver, monitor, and continuously improve models; define success metrics, prioritize experiments, and ensure responsible data use.

Lead and optimize performance marketing across affiliate programs, media networks, and emerging platforms. Design experiments, run A/B tests, manage budgets and forecasts, partner with creative to refine assets, and report performance and learnings to stakeholders to drive scalable CAC/LTV improvements.

Support FP&A through monthly and quarterly financial analysis, build and maintain financial models and forecasts, monitor performance versus goals, track headcount and operating expenses, and lead process improvements and automation to inform executive decision-making.
