Provides first-level IT support for workstations, software, printers, AV equipment, user accounts, networks, and remote users. Configures Mac and Windows workstations, manages hardware and software inventories, documents troubleshooting, supports creative applications, and escalates complex issues. Works onsite with creative teams and assists with office and edit bay upkeep, including occasional after-hours support.

Provides strategic counsel, oversees account and cross-functional teams, manages scopes, estimates, billing, timelines, and client presentations, and mentors account staff. Requires extensive print and OOH advertising experience, strong business acumen, and leadership in a fast-paced agency environment.

Support the creative team in developing and executing key art for film and TV campaigns. Duties include typography, layout, colour grading, photo compositing, retouching, asset preparation for print and digital, adapting key art for rollouts, organising photography, ensuring technical print/digital accuracy, and collaborating with senior creatives while maintaining project organisation and credits.

Lead and execute high-quality key art and poster design for film and TV campaigns. Develop original concepts, handle typography, layout, color grading, photo retouching and compositing, prepare final artwork for print and digital, mentor junior designers, collaborate with creative and production teams, manage client-facing presentations, and support photoshoot concepting and on-set art direction.

Provide freelance community management services including drafting and scheduling social content, daily community engagement and moderation, copywriting and proofreading, managing content calendars, collaborating with creative teams, using social analytics to measure performance, surfacing trends and escalations, and proposing creative content opportunities aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.

Create and organize offline editing projects, manage and transfer media across storage and sharing platforms, transcode and assemble dailies, maintain asset logs, relink and resize media, export edit lists (EDL/AAF/XML), perform QC, backup/archive projects, and troubleshoot for editors while working collaboratively in a fast-paced post-production environment.

Support editors by creating and organizing offline projects, managing shared media and assets, transcoding and relinking media, assembling dailies, exporting EDL/AAF/XML lists, performing QC, and troubleshooting workflows across media-sharing platforms.

Lead and execute print and key art creative for streaming, TV, and theatrical campaigns. Hands-on concepting, design, and compositing; present to clients; mentor junior designers; collaborate with account teams to meet deadlines and profitability targets.
