Lead the launch and growth of a Forex trading application in Indonesia. Develop country strategy, drive customer acquisition and revenue, manage KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and P&L indicators, oversee customer support, coordinate product and operational readiness, and ensure compliance with financial-services regulations. The role leads local teams, vendors, and cross-functional regional and global stakeholders while managing customer experience, regulatory risks, and business performance.

Supports daily trading operations for a regulated multi-asset brokerage, including trading account administration, MT5 platform and liquidity connectivity monitoring, trade surveillance, reconciliations, reporting, analytics, and process improvement. Collaborates with Trading, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure accurate trade processing, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The role includes rotating shifts and offers development toward senior trading operations positions.

Lead digital marketing, KOL, influencer, and promotional strategies in Indonesia. Source and negotiate with creators and strategic partners, manage campaigns end to end, optimize acquisition funnels and budgets based on ROI, monitor market trends, ensure financial promotion compliance, and lead internal or external stakeholders. The role focuses on driving registrations, KYC completion, deposits, customer quality, retention, and trading activity.
