Leads delivery of complex React Native screens and integrations across multiple waves. Establishes engineering patterns, reference implementations, code standards, and architecture decisions; reviews pull requests and mentors client engineers. Owns payment, Auth0 identity, push notification, deep-linking, and native platform integrations. Supports hypercare self-sufficiency exercises and must have production experience with React Native New Architecture, mobile replatforming, secure token storage, and iOS and Android development.

Contributes to React Native mobile delivery across multiple waves, owning lower-complexity screens and shared components. Implements unit, component, and Detox end-to-end tests while meeting CI coverage requirements. Participates in paired development and pull request reviews, following established engineering patterns. Requires strong TypeScript and production React Native experience, with familiarity across the New Architecture, Hermes, modern React patterns, and state management. Native iOS and Android debugging, migration experience, and regulated mobile product experience are preferred.

Design and maintain automated regression suites, develop performance and load tests, integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines, apply AI-assisted testing techniques, and coach teams on QA best practices. Collaborate with developers and delivery leads to improve release predictability, reduce operational risk, and increase engineering efficiency. The role also supports API and integration testing and quality engineering in enterprise or regulated environments.

Owns architecture for a live production replatform of a regulated mobile application from native iOS and Android to React Native. Leads Discovery and Architecture phases, authors Architecture Decision Records, chairs client architecture forums, runs SDK compatibility spikes, defines Jenkins CI/CD architecture, and guides engineering patterns. Requires deep React Native New Architecture experience, native module development, mobile identity and payment integrations, push notifications, deep links, AWS regional deployment, migration planning, and regulated Canadian-sector delivery experience.

Independently manages AWS infrastructure, Terraform-based deployments, cloud security, IAM, access controls, DevSecOps, production monitoring, compliance, SOC 2 audits, vulnerability remediation, disaster recovery, endpoint security, and SageMaker environments. Supports segregation of duties, secure client onboarding, security training, documentation, and production troubleshooting across remote, US business hours.
