They resolve complex escalated service desk issues across cloud, identity, networking, security, servers, endpoints, and business platforms. The role also manages hardware procurement and delivery through the Franklin office, maintains security and compliance tooling, documents root causes and procedures, automates recurring solutions, and mentors L1 and L2 engineers.

Leads delivery of complex React Native screens and integrations across multiple waves. Establishes engineering patterns, reference implementations, code standards, and architecture decisions; reviews pull requests and mentors client engineers. Owns payment, Auth0 identity, push notification, deep-linking, and native platform integrations. Supports hypercare self-sufficiency exercises and must have production experience with React Native New Architecture, mobile replatforming, secure token storage, and iOS and Android development.
