Independently manages AWS infrastructure, Terraform-based deployments, cloud security, IAM, access controls, DevSecOps, production monitoring, compliance, SOC 2 audits, vulnerability remediation, disaster recovery, endpoint security, and SageMaker environments. Supports segregation of duties, secure client onboarding, security training, documentation, and production troubleshooting across remote, US business hours.

The L3 Engineer leads client infrastructure projects, including migrations, cutovers, technical scoping, and handoff. They resolve complex escalated service desk issues across cloud, identity, networking, security, servers, endpoints, and business platforms. The role also manages hardware procurement and delivery through the Franklin office, maintains security and compliance tooling, documents root causes and procedures, automates recurring solutions, and mentors L1 and L2 engineers.

Build and ship native iOS and Android applications using Swift and Kotlin across multiple client projects. Own work end to end from requirements and architecture through development, testing, and release. Integrate AI capabilities, maintain performance and security standards, collaborate with clients and distributed teams, and adapt across domains, technologies, and project requirements.
