Hands-on, high-ownership intern supporting company and product operations. Responsibilities include building and managing internal systems and website, leading recruiting and onboarding, supporting go-to-market efforts, securing grants/non-dilutive funding, and tackling varied operational challenges to scale the company.

Work directly with founders to run high-impact cross-functional projects across finance, operations, compliance, recruiting and GTM. Build internal systems, tooling and automations, lead end-to-end recruiting and onboarding, support enterprise customer initiatives, and handle ad-hoc tasks from board prep to vendor management. Hands-on role intended to scale the company and grow into senior operating or founding responsibilities.

Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for an AI agent platform for logistics. Translate customer workflows into product requirements and agent architectures, partner with engineering on integrations and UX, own full product lifecycle from discovery to launch, and iterate using production data.

Join as a founding engineer to build and ship AI agents for global logistics. Work full-stack on LLM orchestration, agent workflows, backend systems, and customer-driven product features. Solve production challenges around reliability, latency, observability, and evaluation while shaping technical vision and scaling from prototype to robust systems.

Design, build, and operate the runtime infrastructure for AI agents. Ensure reliability through queuing, retries, backpressure, and idempotency. Own production reliability, observability, CI/CD pipelines, staging/preview environments, deployment paths, and internal tooling to accelerate product delivery.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for global freight forwarders, convert pilots to multi-year contracts, build C-level relationships, develop repeatable sales playbooks, drive pricing and contract negotiations, and feed customer insights into product roadmap while operating in a fast, founder-led environment.

Work directly with logistics customers to design systems, build AI-powered tools (Node.js/TypeScript), integrate enterprise systems (ERP, TMS, SFTP, event queues), scale backend infrastructure on cloud (Docker, Terraform, GCP/AWS), and influence product direction while traveling to key accounts.
