Hands-on, high-ownership intern supporting company and product operations. Responsibilities include building and managing internal systems and website, leading recruiting and onboarding, supporting go-to-market efforts, securing grants/non-dilutive funding, and tackling varied operational challenges to scale the company.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for global freight forwarders, convert pilots to multi-year contracts, build C-level relationships, develop repeatable sales playbooks, drive pricing and contract negotiations, and feed customer insights into product roadmap while operating in a fast, founder-led environment.

Work directly with logistics customers to design systems, build AI-powered tools (Node.js/TypeScript), integrate enterprise systems (ERP, TMS, SFTP, event queues), scale backend infrastructure on cloud (Docker, Terraform, GCP/AWS), and influence product direction while traveling to key accounts.
