Define organization-wide quality strategy, risk models, release gates, test architecture, rollout practices, and automation standards for a multi-platform streaming service. Partner with engineering, product, SRE, and tooling teams to improve reliability, incident response, production feedback, and AI-assisted testing. Influence teams without direct authority, establish quality standards, and mentor engineers while ensuring scalable, trustworthy testing across backend, middleware, web, TV, and mobile clients.

Manage automated, data-driven sales of digital advertising inventory, especially CTV and video. Acquire and advise agencies, trading desks, and direct clients; negotiate private and preferred deals; optimize revenue, floor prices, CPMs, and delivery. Own technical campaign implementation and troubleshoot DSP, SSP, tracking, VAST, SSAI, and bid-stream issues. Support Header Bidding and SSP integrations while connecting Sales, Technology, and Ad Operations teams across the GSA region.

Sell and manage programmatic CTV and video advertising inventory across the GSA region. Responsibilities include acquiring and advising agencies and clients, negotiating private and preferred deals, optimizing revenue, managing floor prices, troubleshooting campaign delivery, and supporting Header Bidding and SSP integrations. The role connects Sales, Technology, and Ad Operations while serving as the primary contact for agency trading desks.
