Partners with Sales, Finance, Procurement, and People teams to streamline legal workflows and maintain agreements through execution, approvals, and renewals. Provides organized, detail-oriented support to the Head of Legal while handling confidential commercial information.

Supports the legal function by coordinating commercial contract workflows, managing agreements through DealHub, DocuSign, and CLM systems, reviewing incoming agreements, tracking approvals and renewals, maintaining corporate records, and assisting with compliance and process improvement. The role partners with Sales, Finance, Procurement, and People teams while supporting the Head of Legal and improving legal operations.

Provides autonomous executive support to three principals, with additional support for two others. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, international travel coordination, action tracking, meeting follow-through, event and offsite logistics, report and presentation support, and stakeholder relationship management. The role requires strong organization, judgment, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced international business.
