Provides autonomous executive support to three principals, with additional support for two others. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, international travel coordination, action tracking, meeting follow-through, event and offsite logistics, report and presentation support, and stakeholder relationship management. The role requires strong organization, judgment, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced international business.

Own the account-based growth motion across named-account acquisition and expansion. Lead ABM campaigns, paid account-based marketing, intent-based plays, event engagement, MQL-to-SQL conversion, CRO, and HubSpot experimentation. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, BDRs, RevOps, and marketing teams to generate pipeline, improve funnel performance, and drive revenue. Report ABM, conversion, and campaign results to leadership.

Own the account-based growth marketing motion for named accounts, including ABM campaigns, paid media, intent signals, events, and expansion plays. Improve MQL-to-SQL conversion, lead management, website conversion rates, nurture flows, forms, and funnel experimentation. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, RevOps, BDRs, and marketing teams while reporting campaign and account-level performance to leadership.
