Senior subject-matter expert in advertising effectiveness and creative development who advises customers and internal teams, drives go-to-market readiness, builds external thought leadership, and translates customer needs into product and GTM strategy to improve ad testing, campaign performance, and creative decisioning.

Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers by driving platform adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion. Lead onboarding, training, success planning, business reviews, and executive relationship management. Act as the customer advocate across internal teams, identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, resolve churn risks, scale processes, use data to monitor customer health, and coach peers. The role requires frequent customer travel and collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services.
