Build and run Zania's demand generation engine: design multi-channel and ABM campaigns, own marketing automation and CRM, create high-converting content, and deliver predictable pipeline for enterprise GRC customers.

Implement authentication and authorization (MFA, OAuth, RBAC) and integrate security best practices. Use cloud and containerization technologies to deliver high-scale applications.

The GRC Engineer at Zania will manage customer relationships, drive compliance implementations, and provide product feedback, ensuring customer success in GRC initiatives.

As a Founding Senior Software Engineer, you will build backend systems and AI pipelines, ensuring security and scalability for our product.
