Own Zania’s marketing strategy and category narrative for agentic GRC, positioning the company with enterprise security and risk buyers. Build pipeline and revenue programs, lead product marketing and launches, manage executive events and analyst relations, instrument funnel performance, and hire a lean marketing team. The role partners closely with founders and sales while combining strategic leadership with hands-on writing, messaging, campaign development, and sales enablement.

Leads engineering teams developing production-grade AI agents for enterprise GRC workflows. Owns delivery, architecture, hiring, team development, reliability, evaluation, security, and enterprise readiness. Partners with product, founders, GRC experts, security leaders, and customers to translate agent performance and customer feedback into engineering priorities. Requires hands-on AI/ML leadership, experience scaling teams, and strong technical and executive communication.

Supports the CEO across executive administration, business operations, AI-enabled workflows, calendar and inbox management, wellness and household logistics, vendor coordination, hiring support, and board preparation. The role requires proactive ownership, exceptional discretion, polished communication, and in-person availability in Palo Alto five days per week.
