Manage and expand a regional portfolio of real estate agencies for classifieds services. Responsibilities include client relationship management, agency activation and retention, regular account handling and visits, product demonstrations, deal closing, upselling, revenue target achievement, client education, and developing market-based plans to grow agency partnerships.

Tracks customer installment payments, meets monthly recovery targets, responds to customer inquiries, updates CRM and account statements, verifies transactions with Finance, issues receipts, monitors defaults, sends reminders and legal notices, and shares construction updates. The role also requires customer meetings at the developer’s office and regular communication through calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
