Provide 1st-, 2nd-, and some 3rd-line IT support, manage Microsoft 365 and Azure user access, administer security controls, monitor alerts, maintain endpoint compliance, support patching and audits, train users, and troubleshoot hardware and local networks onsite.

Mature research-grade AI/ML models into production-ready software, harden model code, integrate models into systems, optimise for edge/Android deployments, and mentor team members while ensuring solutions meet national security standards.

Designs and oversees user-centered experiences, prototypes, workshops, and other design artefacts for government client projects. The role involves researching user needs, defining end-to-end journeys, synthesizing insights, advocating for users, ensuring accessible design, and collaborating with product managers, architects, developers, testers, clients, and stakeholders. The designer also mentors other UX professionals and establishes design approaches across agile projects.
