Lead design, quantization, and deployment of edge-native SLMs and knowledge analytics to air-gapped, bandwidth-constrained tactical hardware. Ensure JSP 936 Dependable AI compliance, build on-device graph/datapipelines, reproducible MLOps for low-bandwidth environments, and advise MoD stakeholders.

Lead development of secure, resilient web applications, APIs, and microservices for MoD programmes while integrating native Android (Kotlin/ART) background services, IPC/AIDL, and tactical data routing (CoT). Ensure Secure by Design and Def Stan compliance, automate CI/CD/DevSecOps pipelines for cloud and air-gapped environments, and mentor mid-level engineers during Agile client delivery.

The Solution Architect will lead design and delivery of digital services for the UK Public sector, engage with stakeholders, and ensure best practices in technology.
