Designs and oversees user-centered experiences, prototypes, workshops, and other design artefacts for government client projects. The role involves researching user needs, defining end-to-end journeys, synthesizing insights, advocating for users, ensuring accessible design, and collaborating with product managers, architects, developers, testers, clients, and stakeholders. The designer also mentors other UX professionals and establishes design approaches across agile projects.

Research and evaluate machine learning models, build applied AI proofs-of-concept (including generative and adversarial approaches), translate domain problems into ML solutions, prototype and deploy models, and share learnings within a small team supporting UK government projects.
