Provides strategic legal support for regional ICT operations across the GCC and MENA. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating technology and commercial agreements, advising on corporate, regulatory, data protection, cybersecurity, and AI matters, managing contract lifecycles, supporting governance and licensing requirements, monitoring legal developments, coordinating external counsel, and training internal teams. The role partners closely with sales, procurement, finance, product, technical, and operations teams to manage legal risk while enabling commercial growth.

Manages and grows enterprise client accounts for ICT and digital solutions. Builds executive relationships, conducts account reviews, coordinates solution delivery, manages renewals, and identifies upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities. Partners with technical, presales, product, and delivery teams to position cloud, cybersecurity, data, and digital transformation solutions. Maintains CRM records, prepares proposals, resolves customer issues, and drives revenue and customer satisfaction.

Manage and grow enterprise client accounts by delivering ICT and digital solutions. Build customer relationships, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, support renewals, develop proposals, and coordinate with technical, presales, product, and delivery teams. The role requires knowledge of cloud, cybersecurity, data, networking, and digital transformation solutions, along with CRM proficiency and experience managing enterprise technology accounts.
