Lead technical sales engagements from discovery to handover: solution design, vendor engagement, PoCs, RFP responses, executive presentations, and pipeline/forecast management.

Lead partner enablement, onboarding, governance, and operational readiness across Tier 2 and Tier 3 partners. Drive certification progression, readiness plans, renewals, and lifecycle processes. Coordinate with Product, Technical, Delivery, and Operations to ensure partner compliance, documentation, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of partner management frameworks.

The Sales Development Representative is tasked with growing revenue in SMB accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and new business development while maintaining strong customer relationships and managing sales pipelines.
