Owns strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a key digital product area. Leads the full product lifecycle from customer discovery and problem definition through delivery, launch, measurement, and optimization. Responsibilities include customer and market research, prioritization, KPI management, business-case development, stakeholder alignment, risk and dependency management, regulatory compliance, product analytics, and mentoring junior Product Managers. Experience in digital financial services or fintech is advantageous.

Supports core financial systems and data platforms through database operations, SQL queries, system monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting, integrations, releases, testing, and deployment. Maintains dashboards, documents technical processes, supports transaction monitoring, and helps ensure data accuracy, security, compliance, and business continuity while collaborating with IT, Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams.

Support and maintain core financial systems and data platforms: run SQL queries, monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, assist with integrations, releases, testing, reporting, and document processes to ensure data accuracy and operational continuity.

Evaluate and monitor creditworthiness for individual and corporate clients through financial and behavioral analysis, credit scoring, underwriting, and portfolio performance tracking. Develop and refine credit risk models, policies, and automated scoring; prepare reports and dashboards for management; support collections and recovery strategies; ensure regulatory compliance; train junior analysts and recommend process improvements to maintain portfolio health.

Independently design and deliver medium-complexity frontend features using React.js and React Native. Build reusable UI components, integrate RESTful APIs and payment endpoints, optimize performance, write tests, mentor juniors, participate in code reviews and sprint rituals, investigate production defects, and contribute to frontend architecture, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent user experiences across platforms.

Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO: manage calendar, communications, travel, meetings, briefing materials, minutes, confidential documents, event and basic project coordination, and personal errands to enable CEO focus on strategic priorities.
