Prepare and reconcile periodic financial reports, support month-end and year-end close, perform variance analysis, assist with budgets and forecasts, ensure data accuracy and compliance, and support ad-hoc financial modeling and reporting process improvements.

Support and maintain core financial systems and data platforms: run SQL queries, monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, assist with integrations, releases, testing, reporting, and document processes to ensure data accuracy and operational continuity.

Drive customer value management through data collection, analysis, segmentation, and campaign management. Build dashboards, forecasts, and models to optimize retention, cross-sell and up-sell initiatives across channels, and support market research, campaign measurement, and automation.

Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO: manage calendar, communications, travel, meetings, briefing materials, minutes, confidential documents, event and basic project coordination, and personal errands to enable CEO focus on strategic priorities.

Evaluate and monitor creditworthiness for individual and corporate clients through financial and behavioral analysis, credit scoring, underwriting, and portfolio performance tracking. Develop and refine credit risk models, policies, and automated scoring; prepare reports and dashboards for management; support collections and recovery strategies; ensure regulatory compliance; train junior analysts and recommend process improvements to maintain portfolio health.

Independently design and deliver medium-complexity frontend features using React.js and React Native. Build reusable UI components, integrate RESTful APIs and payment endpoints, optimize performance, write tests, mentor juniors, participate in code reviews and sprint rituals, investigate production defects, and contribute to frontend architecture, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent user experiences across platforms.

Lead end-to-end card product development: define BRDs and technical requirements, manage backlog and releases, coordinate cross-functional launches, support QA/UAT, monitor KPIs, ensure regulatory and scheme compliance, and drive continuous improvement for prepaid and credit card products.
