Provide first- and second-level IT support, troubleshoot hardware/software and network issues, administer Windows and Linux servers (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO), support virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), manage endpoints and peripherals, document incidents in a ticketing system, and collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects.

Lead end-to-end card product development: define BRDs and technical requirements, manage backlog and releases, coordinate cross-functional launches, support QA/UAT, monitor KPIs, ensure regulatory and scheme compliance, and drive continuous improvement for prepaid and credit card products.

Support and maintain core financial systems and data platforms: run SQL queries, monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, assist with integrations, releases, testing, reporting, and document processes to ensure data accuracy and operational continuity.
