Provides bilingual employee assistance through in-person, phone, and email support, including resource and referral research, EAP presentations, program promotion, case documentation, relationship building, and critical incident consultation. The role supports employees and families, conducts occasional site and hospital visits, collaborates on well-being initiatives, and maintains confidentiality and empathy. It does not provide direct clinical care and requires 24/7 accessibility for critical incidents.

Lead instrumentation and controls engineering for power industry projects, producing instrument indexes, DCS/PLC and CEMS data sheets, I/O lists, and process control narratives. Perform studies, specifications, proposal evaluations, estimates, component recommendations, and document quality reviews. Direct drafting personnel and potentially supervise engineers or technicians. Apply engineering standards, resolve technical problems, support training, and coordinate work across office and field environments.

Supports mechanical engineering projects under senior supervision. Responsibilities include specifying and evaluating process equipment, reviewing vendor documents, performing equipment and piping calculations, selecting piping materials, participating in client and vendor meetings, conducting field surveys, and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
