Supports project managers in planning and coordinating engineering projects across power, process, energy, chemical, and renewable sectors. Responsibilities include coordinating disciplines and overseas engineering teams, reviewing technical deliverables, managing quality control, monitoring budgets and schedules, preparing reports, controlling work hours, and communicating project status. Experienced engineers may define scopes, schedules, budgets, productivity targets, and corrective actions for smaller projects.

Monitors construction-site conditions and workforce behavior, corrects unsafe acts and conditions, supports safety briefings and work planning, inspects PPE, responds to incidents, assists with investigations and first aid, and supports injury case management while maintaining compliance with safety procedures.

Provides entry-level administrative and organizational support to project managers and engineering teams. Maintains electronic project files, prepares meeting materials, drafts standard correspondence, coordinates routine project activities, and supports office operations. Works under close supervision while following established procedures and developing familiarity with engineering project workflows and standards.
