Provides housing search assistance, landlord outreach, lease negotiation, application support, and move-in coordination for clients transitioning from homelessness. Maintains a housing-focused caseload, advocates for clients, resolves housing barriers, documents services in HMIS, and coordinates with landlords and service providers. Delivers trauma-informed, culturally responsive support, crisis de-escalation, referrals, and confidential administrative services within an emergency housing facility.

Manages two affordable housing properties, overseeing LIHTC compliance, tenant files, leasing, rent collection, inspections, maintenance, safety, incident response, and property standards. Serves as the primary on-site resident contact, supports trauma-informed communication and community building, coordinates with case managers and vendors, and enters occupancy and payment data in Yardi. The role is fully on-site and requires adherence to Fair Housing, HUD, HOME, Section 8, and organizational policies.

Provides front-desk customer service at a 24/7 emergency housing facility. Responsibilities include answering calls, directing visitors, managing mail and deliveries, monitoring access, distributing meals and supplies, maintaining common areas, supporting safety protocols, de-escalating conflicts, providing referrals, and maintaining confidentiality. The role requires flexible on-call availability across all shifts and culturally responsive service to clients experiencing homelessness, trauma, and other vulnerabilities.

Coordinates donated goods, purchases, inventory, distribution, community partnerships, seasonal giving initiatives, and food bank operations across YWCA programs. Builds relationships with donors and community organizations, supervises two part-time staff, coordinates volunteers, manages resource tracking and budgets, and ensures safe, equitable delivery of supplies to participants. The role is fully onsite, involves regular regional travel, physical handling of materials, and occasional evening or weekend events.

Lead and modernize the organization-wide grant compliance program, ensuring adherence to federal, state, local, and private funder requirements. Oversee compliance monitoring, financial stewardship, reporting, Single Audit readiness, internal controls, process improvements, and risk mitigation. Partner with Finance, Programs, Development, and Executive Leadership to design scalable workflows, conduct internal reviews, and respond to funder inquiries and audits.
