Manages accounts payable and receivable period-end procedures, journal processing, payroll audits, intercompany reconciliations, record retention, and accounting data requests. Prepares and reviews accounting records and financial reports for accuracy and compliance, reports financial information to management, supports accounting staff, and helps develop and maintain accounting systems and documentation.

Provide desktop and laptop support (Windows 10/11, Office M365); configure/install computers; operate Tier I–III help desk; troubleshoot Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP, video conferencing and hardware (scales, printers, scanners); maintain Line Side Labeling and specialty systems; manage license records; and deliver new-hire and continuing training.
