Lead and grow an engineering team to design, build, and ship production-ready agentic AI applications. Partner with Product, Platform, and Design to prioritize work, remove blockers, define best practices for agentic workflows and integrations, and ensure reliability, security, and maintainability of deployed systems.

Build production-ready agentic AI applications that integrate agents, workflows, memory, reasoning, and tools to solve customer use cases. Rapidly prototype, iterate, and ship end-to-end AI experiences; design integrations and UX, ensure reliability, performance, and evaluation; partner with platform and product teams to create reusable components and customer-ready solutions.

Lead design, development, and production deployment of ML and algorithmic solutions. Own end-to-end ML systems, support distributed production reliability, communicate tradeoffs, and apply generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, RAG, and agentic techniques to product problems.

Lead design and implementation of core platform infrastructure for an Agentic AI platform. Build high-performance Rust systems, support production deployments, collaborate with ML engineers, design scalable data architectures, troubleshoot performance and scalability issues, and cultivate a collaborative, inclusive engineering culture.
