Lead design, development, and production deployment of ML and algorithmic solutions. Own end-to-end ML systems, support distributed production reliability, communicate tradeoffs, and apply generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, RAG, and agentic techniques to product problems.

Manage federal intelligence-community customer relationships for Legion’s generative AI platform. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, coordinating feature development and deployments, leading onboarding and training, demonstrating product value, supporting renewals and expansions, collecting feedback, and resolving customer issues with engineering. The role requires technical communication with government stakeholders, collaboration across sales, product, and engineering, frequent onsite customer engagement, prior federal agency experience, and a Secret or TS/SCI clearance.

Leads technical pre-sales activities, customer requirements gathering, AI prototype and proof-of-concept development, tailored demonstrations, and technical presentations. Partners with sales, delivery, customer success, and technology partners throughout the sales cycle. Educates stakeholders on agentic AI capabilities, security, accreditation, air-gapped operations, data sovereignty, oversight, and auditability. Provides competitor analysis and relays customer feedback to inform product decisions.
