Lead and grow the Money & Risk engineering team responsible for fraud prevention, risk scoring, reconciliation, settlement, and chargebacks. Own technical direction for scalable, auditable, secure payment systems across 80+ countries. Drive architecture, engineering standards, AI-assisted development, hiring, coaching, and cross-functional delivery with Product, Data, Finance, Compliance, and Operations.

Build and deploy scalable AI products using LLMs for payment orchestration, including customer service, fraud prevention, and payment assistance. Design and optimize prompts, integrate AI with payment systems and APIs, use payment and user data to improve models, and ensure privacy and ethical AI practices. The role also involves researching emerging AI technologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
