Monitor live virtual proctoring sessions, document and escalate integrity or technical issues, respond to test-taker questions, reproduce reported bugs, create Jira tickets, run test cases, assist with system validation and process improvements, and collaborate with engineering and support on projects.

Design, build, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models; integrate AI into customer-facing products; run experiments, optimize model performance and scalability (quantization, distillation, edge deployment); build data pipelines for collection, preprocessing, training, and evaluation; collaborate across product, design, and engineering; maintain system design and participate in code reviews.

Develop, design, test, and maintain distributed full-stack software systems. Implement Java/J2EE components (EJB, JSP, Servlets) with JDBC/MySQL, work on Windows and Linux servers, handle network protocols (HTTP/HTTPS/TCP-IP), troubleshoot problems, and collaborate with the team to deliver secure, accessible cloud-based solutions.
