Manage CDFI lending operations and portfolio performance: underwrite small business loans, process applications to closing, monitor credit risk, collections, reporting, outreach, and board coordination to meet program and funding requirements.

Provide peer-based mentorship and outreach to individuals and families in substance abuse recovery. Support program design and implementation, conduct individual and group education, perform outreach and follow-up, assist with transportation, referrals, relapse prevention, documentation, and coordinate with treatment teams per grant and program requirements.

Performs traditional Tigua social dances at on-site and off-site events, provides museum tours, creates arts and crafts for display and resale, assists with cultural center upkeep, and engages visitors with public speaking and customer service.
