Design user-centered web products from discovery through delivery. Conduct research, usability testing, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and interface design. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create scalable, accessible, responsive experiences, support design-system adoption, provide implementation specifications, and review shipped work. Apply data visualization, WCAG accessibility, usability, security, performance, and regulatory considerations within financial technology products.

Provide front-line Tier 1 technical support to internal and external users via phone, ticketing, email, or chat. Triage, diagnose, resolve routine hardware, software, account, MFA, and connectivity issues; document interactions; escalate complex incidents; follow SOPs and maintain data security. Participate in shift handoffs and monitor tickets through resolution.

Design, build, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications. Work across the full stack—UI, APIs, databases, and deployment—collaborating with product and design to deliver features, fix bugs, and improve performance and reliability.

The SDET will design and implement test automation frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure quality in a cloud-based Financial SaaS platform.

Own final validation before production releases by translating requirements into UAT test plans. Execute manual and exploratory tests, document results and defects, coordinate UAT cycles, track and verify issue resolution, and communicate readiness and risks to stakeholders while recommending process improvements.

The Database Design Engineer designs and maintains database structures, collaborates with teams for data modeling, and optimizes performance, ensuring data integrity and security.

Perform manual and functional QA including exploratory, functional, regression, and integration testing. Create structured test plans and cases from PRDs, validate business logic and data, document defects with reproducible steps, join early lifecycle planning, support release readiness and stabilization, and collaborate with engineering and product using Azure DevOps for tracking and validation.

Serve as primary contact for prospective and existing investors, handle inbound/outbound investor communications, assess financial suitability, maintain CRM, ensure SEC/FINRA-compliant communications, support capital-raising, attend events, and collaborate with Finance, Compliance, and Marketing.
