Designs, builds, secures, and governs RESTful and GraphQL APIs supporting member, chapter, and agentic AI ecosystems. Owns API lifecycle management, semantic data models, versioning, testing, documentation, observability, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code. Implements serverless, event-driven AWS architectures with strong IAM, privacy, consent, and explainability controls. Collaborates across Product, Data Architecture, IT, Security, and ML teams to deliver reliable, scalable, secure, and governed APIs.

Provides first-level technical support for company hardware, applications, networks, and cloud services. Responsibilities include resolving and prioritizing helpdesk requests, troubleshooting Windows and Mac systems, administering Azure Active Directory and Office 365, managing assets, onboarding users, supporting deployments and events, maintaining knowledge resources, and escalating complex or recurring issues. The role also assists with quality testing, vendor solution evaluation, technical training, and occasional after-hours and international support.
