Manage Houston Child Advocate Program team with co-manager, supervise attorneys and volunteer coordinators, develop interdisciplinary advocacy strategies, ensure compliance with funder requirements, oversee hiring/training, stakeholder engagement, data reporting, and quality of casework.

Provide interdisciplinary best-interests advocacy for unaccompanied and separated immigrant children: supervise and train volunteer Child Advocates, draft best-interests determinations, liaise with stakeholders, visit and support children, manage case data and grant deliverables, and collaborate on outreach, recruitment, and interdisciplinary trauma-informed advocacy.

Provide interdisciplinary best-interests advocacy for unaccompanied and separated immigrant children, supervise and train bilingual volunteer Child Advocates, draft and submit determinations, collaborate with social workers and stakeholders, manage cases and data for federal contracts, and represent child-centered interests in court and stakeholder meetings.

Manage accounts payable: process invoices and payments, maintain vendor accounts and AP records, prepare payment batches, handle vendor inquiries and employee reimbursements, support month/year-end close, assist Senior Accounting Manager, monitor aging reports, support audits, and identify process improvements.
