Coordinate and delegate crew tasks, stand sea/mooring watches, pilot and navigate tug/towing vessels, operate and maintain vessel equipment, assist docking barges, conduct safety meetings and inspections, prepare equipment reports, and complete assigned maintenance and PQS training.

Lead enterprise commercial strategy to grow cargo volumes, strategic partnerships, and customer satisfaction. Oversee business development, pricing, customer relations, marketing, and corporate communications. Negotiate high-value commercial agreements, provide market intelligence, align commercial initiatives with operations and regulatory requirements, and represent the company to government, industry, and community stakeholders.

Support the President by attending meetings, synthesizing discussions, preparing executive-ready materials (minutes, decks, briefs), aligning cross-functional priorities, building stakeholder relationships, and representing leadership in community engagements. Maintain confidentiality, improve executive operational rhythm, and assist with board materials and meeting logistics.

Command and safely operate tugboats for docking, undocking, and towage; lead and train crew; maintain vessel systems and documentation; ensure regulatory compliance and incident response; liaise with customers and authorities.

Captains and is accountable for safe vessel operation, crew welfare, and tow safety. Manages vessel navigation and crew, oversees maintenance, operates deck machinery, ensures regulatory compliance, responds to marine incidents, and liaises with customers and officials.

Manage and optimize the ERP (SAP) and its integrations, lead upgrades, testing, UAT, training, and governance. Drive data governance and AI strategy, provide Tier II/III support, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve business processes and system reliability.

Lead and supervise regional port freight operations, manage 20–30 union employees, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, develop and manage budgets, coordinate maintenance and IT repairs, handle investigations, and represent the company with customers and community stakeholders.

Manage marine and terminal accident/incident investigations, maintain EIS/MOD/HELM and vessel management systems, support DPA with safety management, develop leading indicators and reporting, deliver training, and perform vessel/port visitations to audit and improve HSQE programs.
