Serves as the hotel’s first point of contact by greeting guests, completing check-ins and check-outs, scheduling reservations, answering questions, and assisting with accommodations. Requires excellent customer service, phone skills, computer knowledge, and flexibility to work the 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. shift, weekends, and some holidays.

Greet hotel guests, check them in and out, schedule reservations, answer questions, and assist with guest needs and accommodations. The role requires computer proficiency, excellent phone skills, and availability for afternoon/evening shifts, weekends, and some holidays.

Provides overnight hotel front desk coverage, greets guests, manages check-in and check-out, schedules reservations, answers questions, assists with accommodations, and delivers friendly customer service. Works the 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shift, including weekends and some holidays.
