Bookkeeper

Younes Hospitality is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to assist with basic accounting tasks for our hotel properties and apartment operations. This position is a great fit for someone who is organized, comfortable working with numbers, and enjoys keeping financial records accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities
- Enter invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Track expenses and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with rent payments and basic accounting for apartment properties.
- Help track apartment expenses, utility bills, and vendor invoices.
- Reconcile accounts and assist with basic reporting.
- Organize and maintain accounting paperwork and electronic records.
- Communicate with hotel and apartment management regarding invoices and payments.
- Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous bookkeeping or basic accounting experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Dependable, organized, and willing to learn.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.
Schedule
- Part-time position
- 5 days a week (Monday – Friday)
- 25-30 hours
