Leads the Senior Services Department across multiple counties, overseeing program operations, staff, budgets, grants, contracts, compliance, reporting, quality improvement, and service delivery. Develops strategic initiatives, secures funding, manages subcontractors and vendors, prepares for regulatory reviews, monitors outcomes and fiscal performance, and represents the organization with community and governmental stakeholders. Requires leadership of publicly funded senior-service programs, regulatory knowledge, grant administration, and frequent travel between program locations.
