Provide substitute classroom, meal service, center aide, and family education support for Head Start/Early Head Start. Supervise children, assist with developmentally appropriate activities, maintain safety/sanitation, complete USDA meal documentation, drive for pickups/deliveries, participate in required trainings, and follow program policies and reporting.

Serve as a long-term substitute for Early Head Start/Head Start classroom roles: supervise children, deliver developmentally appropriate activities, maintain safety and sanitation, follow Head Start and state regulations, participate in trainings and meetings, communicate with families and staff, and perform related administrative and community outreach duties. May travel between centers.

Provide full-cycle HR support including onboarding, benefits administration, FMLA and ADA accommodation coordination, workers' compensation and return-to-work management, employee relations, HRIS administration, compliance reporting, recruitment support, and training facilitation.

Provide training and technical assistance to education staff on child development and special needs; coordinate screening, referrals, case review, and documentation; consult with teachers, conduct observations and home visits; support implementation of IEPs and interventions; run parent/staff trainings and manage lending library materials.

Provide classroom coverage for Early Head Start/Head Start roles, deliver developmentally appropriate activities, maintain safety and cleanliness, follow Head Start policies, participate in trainings and community engagement, and support families. Duties vary by assignment length.

Conduct functional assessments and coordinate community-based services for functionally impaired older adults. Perform home visits and telephone checks, develop care plans, ensure timely referrals and APS follow-up, maintain client records, participate in outreach and staff meetings, and support emergency calldowns and training requirements.

Provide HR support across onboarding, benefits administration, FMLA and ADA accommodation coordination, workers' compensation management, employee relations, compliance, HRIS management, recruitment support, training, and records maintenance. Serve as a resource to employees and leadership while ensuring adherence to applicable laws and organizational policies. Frequent regional travel required.

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations of Head Start/Early Head Start classrooms, ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations, training and coaching staff, managing documentation (including Teaching Strategies Gold and ChildPlus.net), coordinating substitutes, supporting family engagement, and overseeing health, safety, and licensing requirements.
