Provide administrative and client support for Senior Services: phone intake, data entry into statewide databases, billing, supply and donation management, congregate meal site assistance, community outreach, recordkeeping, and vendor log review while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Provide HR support across onboarding, benefits administration, FMLA and ADA accommodation coordination, workers' compensation management, employee relations, HRIS maintenance, compliance reporting, recruitment support, training delivery, and recordkeeping. Serve as a resource to employees and leadership and handle confidential HR matters.

Provide behavioral support and mental health services for young children: administer screenings, conduct observations, implement individualized behavior interventions and Classroom Behavior Plans, train and consult with staff and families, maintain confidential records in ChildPlus.net, and ensure compliance with Head Start and state/federal requirements.
