Build Yoodli’s global customer and partner education function from the ground up. Create onboarding pathways, self-paced content, videos, guides, academies, workshops, certification programs, and launch enablement. Segment customers between scaled and white-glove education, support enterprise implementations, measure adoption, time-to-value, and support deflection, and grow the team over time. Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Support, Product, Sales, and Marketing in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS environment.

Build the self-service analytics capability for the go-to-market organization. Create reusable dashboards, data models, metric definitions, and decision-support insights across sales, customer success, services, support, and marketing. Analyze retention, churn, customer health, pipeline, marketing performance, and growth signals. Translate ambiguous business questions into actionable recommendations, advise senior stakeholders, and identify data infrastructure improvements. The role requires advanced SQL, modern BI expertise, light data engineering, and B2B SaaS or AI go-to-market knowledge.

Build and lead Yoodli’s Revenue Strategy & Operations function as a strategic partner to the CRO. Own GTM operating cadences, business reviews, territory and coverage design, quota and compensation modeling, forecasting, customer master data, and data-driven revenue decisions. Lead Revenue Systems, hire an Analytics & Insights Lead, and partner across Finance, Deal Desk, Partnerships, Marketing, sales leadership, and founders to scale the revenue organization.

As a Mid-Market Sales Leader, you will build and lead a sales team to drive revenue, coach account executives, and enhance sales methodologies while collaborating across functions.

Own a named book of strategic upmarket partners, manage complex commercial agreements, drive direct expansion and partner-influenced pipeline, enable partner selling, coordinate cross-functionally, and manage renewals, sublicensing, and co-sell motions to grow and retain partner-driven revenue.

Own and optimize the quote-to-cash lifecycle, pricing governance, contract handoffs, CRM data integrity, order fulfillment, and deal desk metrics. Serve as Yoodli's first in-house commercial lawyer, owning contract review and negotiation, advising Sales/RevOps/Finance/Product on deal structure and risk, managing DPAs/privacy obligations, building contract templates and playbooks, directing outside counsel, and implementing contract intake/tracking processes.

Build and own scalable, reliable backend services and platform architecture. Work across analytics, data, search, infrastructure, monitoring, cost management, security, and scaling. Ship production code, design systems with high code quality, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver user-focused solutions.

Manage enterprise customer accounts to maximize satisfaction, retention, adoption, NPS, and expansion. Build strong customer relationships, execute lifecycle strategies, collaborate with sales/product/leadership, and drive growth through usage and renewal initiatives.
