Build and lead Yoodli’s Revenue Strategy & Operations function as a strategic partner to the CRO. Own GTM operating cadences, business reviews, territory and coverage design, quota and compensation modeling, forecasting, customer master data, and data-driven revenue decisions. Lead Revenue Systems, hire an Analytics & Insights Lead, and partner across Finance, Deal Desk, Partnerships, Marketing, sales leadership, and founders to scale the revenue organization.

Serve as a technical pre-sales and post-sales partner: lead architecture reviews, design integrations and onboarding, respond to RFPs and security reviews, debug issues, and translate customer needs into product insights to improve adoption and scale processes.

As a Mid-Market Sales Leader, you will build and lead a sales team to drive revenue, coach account executives, and enhance sales methodologies while collaborating across functions.

Build and own scalable, reliable backend services and platform architecture. Work across analytics, data, search, infrastructure, monitoring, cost management, security, and scaling. Ship production code, design systems with high code quality, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver user-focused solutions.

Manage enterprise customer accounts to maximize satisfaction, retention, adoption, NPS, and expansion. Build strong customer relationships, execute lifecycle strategies, collaborate with sales/product/leadership, and drive growth through usage and renewal initiatives.

Support technical pre-sales, onboarding, and integrations for Yoodli. Conduct architecture reviews, craft tailored solutions, respond to RFPs and security reviews, troubleshoot issues, and translate customer needs into product feedback to improve the platform and customer experience.

Build data-rich analytics and dashboard experiences across the full stack: craft responsive frontend UIs, design backend aggregation, metrics, and APIs, ensure data is fast, accurate, and actionable, and collaborate with product to deliver high-quality production features.

Lead post-sale customer marketing to drive adoption, retention, and advocacy. Build and scale an advocacy/reference program, capture customer outcomes, run partner co-marketing, manage review platforms, run customer communities/events, and own customer communications and lifecycle campaigns while measuring impact on revenue and retention.

The Senior Product Manager will drive engagement, own product workflows, work collaboratively with teams, and enhance enterprise product adoption.

Drive sales for Yoodli in the mid-market segment, managing the entire sales process, conducting discovery, and aligning customer needs with solutions.

Lead design and implementation of scalable backend services powering admin content ingestion, agent-driven roleplay workflows, and AI-powered analytics. Own integrations, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and mentor engineers to improve reliability and impact at enterprise scale.
