The Senior Product Manager will drive engagement, own product workflows, work collaboratively with teams, and enhance enterprise product adoption.

Manage transactional accounting including invoicing, collections, accounts payable, vendor management, payroll processing and employee reimbursements. Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules for month-end and year-end close. Own a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers to drive adoption, outcomes, renewals, and expansion. Lead complex renewals, deliver QBRs to executives, co-drive expansion with Sales, multithread relationships, identify churn risks, and provide consultative strategic guidance to maximize customer value.
