Build and secure scalable backend services for an AI product, focusing on authentication, authorization, data isolation, threat monitoring, secrets and key management, vulnerability management, audit logging, and enterprise data protection. Partner with security, compliance, product, and engineering teams to identify trust-boundary issues and deliver pragmatic security improvements. Contribute to cloud infrastructure, compliance initiatives, and general backend engineering in a fast-moving startup environment.

Build scalable, reliable backend services and AI-native roleplay experiences for Yoodli. Own services end-to-end, contribute across frontend and backend systems, work with LLMs and generative AI, and develop secure, maintainable enterprise software. Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams, debug distributed systems, shape technical strategy, and deliver customer-focused solutions. The role requires working onsite in Seattle three days per week.

Own the technical relationship for strategic enterprise SaaS accounts after launch. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and escalating issues, managing SLA commitments, monitoring integrations, leading technical onboarding, conducting health reviews, supporting renewals and expansions, documenting solutions, and translating customer requirements into product feedback. The role requires strong SaaS technical support, enterprise communication, integration troubleshooting, and relationship-management skills, with familiarity in SSO, APIs, webhooks, logs, and CRM or support platforms.
