As a Solutions Engineer, you'll connect product, sales, and engineering by guiding customers through onboarding, crafting tailored solutions, and ensuring satisfaction through technical pre-sales conversations.

Serve as a technical pre-sales and post-sales partner: lead architecture reviews, design integrations and onboarding, respond to RFPs and security reviews, debug issues, and translate customer needs into product insights to improve adoption and scale processes.

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll bridge product, sales, and engineering, supporting customers with onboarding and tailored solutions, while tackling technical challenges and gathering user feedback.
