Own Yondr’s full-funnel demand generation strategy across paid media, SEO, CRO, email automation, web performance, and marketing analytics. Build Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, segmentation, personalization, lead scoring, and CRM integrations. Manage Google and LinkedIn acquisition, optimize conversion paths, oversee SEO and AI-first search strategy, and report campaign impact through pipeline and revenue attribution across multiple business verticals.

Drive North American private events business by sourcing leads, quoting services, planning event logistics, coordinating staffing, supporting on-site execution, analyzing event outcomes, and building lasting client relationships. Manage the transition from sales to implementation and account management while maintaining accurate event data. The role requires event-industry expertise, strong organization, customer focus, travel, weekend availability, and comfort working on-site at events.

Leads Yondr’s brand platform, voice, external communications, creative and content systems across education, live events, and commercial partnerships. Oversees internal creative and social teams, agencies, brand guidelines, media relations, executive communications, digital presence, event experiences, partnerships, budgets, and cross-functional brand consistency. This hands-on player-coach writes, directs creative, represents the company publicly, and builds scalable brand operations.

Owns company-wide messaging, positioning, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market support, with emphasis on the Education segment. The role equips distributed sales teams through competitive updates, enablement tools, objection-handling guidance, and training. It leads launch planning, defines success metrics, presents strategic recommendations to executives, and mentors product marketing team members. The manager also partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and leadership to establish product marketing processes and drive consistent market positioning.

Drive new business with K-12 schools and districts across a territory by prospecting, managing the full sales cycle, responding to RFPs, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Build trusted relationships with administrators, deliver presentations and demos, maintain CRM records, collaborate with implementation and success teams, represent Yondr at events, and travel frequently to support meetings and conferences.
