Supports daily accounting operations, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, and month-end close. Prepares reports, tie-outs, schedules, and audit documentation while investigating discrepancies and maintaining internal controls. The role also assists with accounting projects, process improvements, and system transitions, collaborating with Finance and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial records.

Manages daily accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, vendor records, expense reimbursements, credit card reconciliations, payment runs, AP aging, and month-end close support. Resolves vendor discrepancies, maintains audit-ready records, follows internal controls, and identifies process improvements. The role requires independent deadline management in a part-time schedule and collaboration with internal teams and vendors.

Own Yondr’s full-funnel demand generation strategy across paid media, SEO, CRO, email automation, web performance, and marketing analytics. Build Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, segmentation, personalization, lead scoring, and CRM integrations. Manage Google and LinkedIn acquisition, optimize conversion paths, oversee SEO and AI-first search strategy, and report campaign impact through pipeline and revenue attribution across multiple business verticals.
