Build Yonder’s Amsterdam community and local partnerships. Plan and deliver member events, partner gatherings, activations, and referral collaborations; identify and develop relationships with restaurants, hospitality groups, venues, and local brands; manage the partner pipeline and community calendar; coordinate logistics and follow-up; assess activity outcomes and improve execution. This is an in-person individual contributor role requiring Dutch and English fluency, local Amsterdam knowledge, and approximately 3–5 years of relevant hospitality, community, partnerships, sales, or activation experience.

Own end-to-end underwriting strategy for non-prime and near-prime unsecured lending. Design and optimize application scoring, affordability, pricing, credit lines, decisioning rules, and portfolio monitoring. Present recommendations to leadership, Credit Committee, the Board, and regulators while partnering with Finance, Fraud, Collections, Marketing, and Product. Use SQL or Python to analyze performance, identify risk trends, source better data, and rapidly implement evidence-based strategy changes.

Own Yonder’s consumer growth funnel from first website visit through signup, approval, activation, and first purchase. Set and improve conversion, time-to-value, and 30-day activation metrics through experimentation, customer research, funnel analysis, and hands-on test building. Partner with marketing, design, engineering, risk, compliance, and legal on attribution, regulated growth, and expansion into new markets.

Provide timely, personalized support to members through calls, chats, and email. Use product knowledge, review and improve internal guides, meet support KPIs, identify trends, and participate in team syncs and refresher sessions. The role requires ownership of customer issues, calm performance during busy periods, autonomy, and flexibility to work condensed weekend and bank-holiday shifts.

Own and grow Yonder’s dining, shopping, and travel partner portfolio. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, improving offer and placement strategies, managing renewals and upsells, segmenting partner coverage, onboarding new partners, and developing case studies. The role requires commercial judgment, data literacy, relationship management, hospitality or dining understanding, strong ownership, and autonomy.

Lead end-to-end product design and research in a small squad, solving ambiguous problems to craft polished native mobile experiences. Run user research and usability tests, prototype rapidly, collaborate closely with PMs and engineers, evolve the design system, and measure impact of shipped features.
