Lead banquet operations and staff to deliver high-quality events: plan and coordinate setups, train and supervise associates, ensure guest satisfaction, manage BEOs/contracts/records, control costs and payroll, handle cash procedures, and collaborate with sales and culinary to meet revenue goals.

Provide guest-focused marina support including docking and undocking vessels, fueling and routine boat maintenance, preparing rental boats, enforcing safety and compliance, maintaining dock cleanliness, assisting with events, and performing general resort maintenance. Interact with guests, monitor weather, and support Freedom Boat Club operations while following company service standards.

Greet and assist hotel guests, manage check-in/check-out, handle payments and key control, answer phones, resolve guest complaints, maintain market/pantry inventory, follow brand and accounting procedures, and support overall front desk operations while working flexible hours.
