The role requires strong Excel, analytical, organizational, communication, and follow-through skills, plus familiarity with commercial real estate, lease terms, financial statements, and property management systems.

Provides high-level administrative, operational, real estate transaction, and personal support to a busy real estate executive. Responsibilities include managing calendars and communications, preparing contracts and listing materials, coordinating showings and vendors, maintaining CRM and MLS records, tracking transaction deadlines, arranging travel and personal tasks, conducting research, and managing projects with discretion and initiative.

Processes high-volume accounts payable transactions for multiple properties and entities, including invoice verification, three-way matching, coding, reconciliations, vendor inquiries, payment batches, reimbursements, and AP reporting. Maintains vendor records and documentation, prevents inaccurate or duplicate payments, ensures timely vendor payments, and provides clerical accounting support.

Oversee a multi-state commercial property portfolio to maximize asset value, revenue, and ROI. Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, cost control, capital expenditure decisions, property operations, vendor performance, regulatory compliance, and reporting. Develop asset strategies, monitor performance, identify revenue opportunities, and present recommendations to ownership and executives. Lead, mentor, and develop property management teams while conducting frequent site visits across the portfolio.
