Oversee afterschool program operations at an assigned school site: supervise staff and volunteers, ensure counselor-to-child ratios, implement curriculum and YMCA/school partnership standards, manage inventory and parent engagement, conduct trainings and evaluations, maintain safety and regulatory compliance, and serve as liaison to school administration.

Lead and support youth sports practices and games by preparing courts, officiating, enforcing safety and rules, communicating with participants and families, resolving issues, and maintaining an organized, welcoming environment.
