Lead and support youth sports practices and games by preparing courts, officiating, enforcing safety and rules, communicating with participants and families, resolving issues, and maintaining an organized, welcoming environment.

Support the LiveStrong instructor in exercise and support sessions for cancer survivors: encourage participants, modify exercises, monitor safety, assist with setup and equipment, follow YMCA policies and trainings, and foster an inclusive, supportive class environment.

Lead and manage an afterschool program at an assigned school site, supervising staff and volunteers, implementing curriculum, ensuring safety and counselor-to-child ratios, coordinating with parents and school administration, managing inventory and events, and maintaining required certifications and compliance.
