Provides welcoming, high-quality customer service to YMCA members and visitors. Processes memberships and registrations, conducts facility tours, answers questions, supports membership sales and outreach, trains new representatives, and assists with schedules, events, lead follow-up, financial assistance tracking, social media content, and facility rentals. May serve as manager on duty and cover nights or weekends as needed.

Greet members and prospective members, provide exceptional customer service, sell and update memberships using Daxko Operations, register participants for programs, lead facility tours, and support member retention through phone and in-person engagement. Attend trainings and perform assigned duties.

Leads the YMCA’s association-wide Healthy Living and wellness strategy, including program innovation, quality standards, participation, revenue, budgeting, KPIs, member retention, partnerships, and resource allocation. Oversees wellness staff development across multiple locations, drives consistent program execution, and evaluates initiatives using data, member feedback, and industry trends. The role also develops talent pipelines and positions the YMCA as a leading community health and wellness resource.

Coordinates daily out-of-school-time programming, supervises youth and staff, plans activities, maintains records, communicates with parents and community partners, ensures regulatory compliance, manages supplies and staffing, supports emergency response, and assists with budgeting and operational goals. The role also requires frequent engagement with children, families, schools, volunteers, and YMCA leadership.

Maintain safe pool and deck conditions, supervise and train lifeguard staff, perform safety checks and emergency equipment maintenance, provide lifeguarding and swim instruction, and act as on-duty Aquatics Supervisor when needed.
