Lead the Reuter Family YMCA center, overseeing staff, volunteers, programs, budgets, and community partnerships. Drive fundraising through a donor portfolio, recruit and develop advisory committees, ensure member satisfaction and policy compliance, and meet financial and operational KPIs.

Greet members and prospective members, provide exceptional customer service, sell and update memberships using Daxko Operations, register participants for programs, lead facility tours, and support member retention through phone and in-person engagement. Attend trainings and perform assigned duties.

Lead and manage YMCA youth sports programs: plan and run practices and games, create and implement sport curricula, recruit and train volunteer coaches, ensure safety and equipment/field maintenance, supervise sites, officiate or coach as needed, maintain records, and foster participant retention and community relationships.
